Our Mission

Our Mission :​ We are a community-based non-profit organisation. We provide home-based care services for sick children and support for their caregivers as well as other vulnerable family members. As part of these services, we offer treatment-adherence support to those taking antiretroviral (ARV) treatment, monitor general health, bath patients and organise transport to the clinic for those unable to go to clinics. Our organisation also offers material support in the form of blankets, clothes and food parcels. In addition, we help children with their homework, run holiday programmes and run child abuse awareness campaigns in the community. Services provided include: Educational Support, HIV and AIDS, Nutritional Support, Palliative Care, Social Welfare.

Our Programs And Services

  1. Home-Based Care Services
    Support for Sick Children: Care is provided to children who are ill, including daily assistance with basic hygiene (e.g., bathing) and general health monitoring.
    Support for Caregivers: Offering emotional and practical support to family members or caregivers taking care of sick children.
  2. Treatment-Adherence Support
    ARV Adherence: Assisting those taking antiretroviral (ARV) treatment to ensure they follow their treatment regimen properly, helping with reminders and guidance.
    Health Monitoring: Keeping track of the health status of patients and ensuring that they are receiving the correct treatments.
  3. Transport Assistance
    Clinic Transportation: Providing transportation for patients who are unable to visit clinics on their own, ensuring they receive necessary medical care.
  4. Material Support
    Food Parcels: Distributing food parcels to families in need to ensure they have sufficient nutrition.
    Clothing and Blankets: Providing essential clothing and blankets for children and families who are struggling to meet basic needs.
  5. Educational Support
    Homework Assistance: Helping children with their homework to ensure they keep up with their education despite difficult circumstances.
  6. Awareness Campaigns
    Child Abuse Awareness: Running community campaigns to raise awareness about child abuse, helping to protect vulnerable children in the community.
  7. Nutritional Support
    Healthy Meals: Ensuring children and families receive nutritious food, improving overall health and well-being.
  8. Palliative Care Comfort Care: Providing palliative care for children and family members dealing with terminal illness, offering support and comfort during difficult times.
  9. Social Welfare Family Support: Assisting families with the challenges they face, including providing counseling services, helping with social welfare applications, and connecting families to other community resources.
